This is proven as he is still alive shown by the end scene of Game Over Part 2. Papyrus saved himself from death by spawning in a half Gaster Blaster above him before blowing up the house.The house was blown up after he fires the blasters. Papyrus hits the ground with a blue aura, summoning bones and many Gaster Blasters, including a giant one positioned above him as protection from the other Gaster Blasters. The Pink Creatures trap him, securely holding his arms and feet, before stabbing him as he falls. Unforeseen to him, one of the creatures manages to stab Papyrus in his back. Hoping to prove he can fight, he engages the creatures in a final battle. He believes the house is protected before noticing the few remaining creatures. Papyrus prepares his special attack, consisting of large bones. However, the creatures are still inside the house, causing Papyrus to re-enter and fight them. He uses a half Gaster Blaster on the remaining creatures. More and more Pink Creatures arrive, causing Papyrus to use his blue magic, throwing them into bones.

Papyrus successfully blocks the attack with a half Gaster Blaster before making it a full one. Now outside the house, Papyrus is fighting with another creature. It is a reflex for him to cut anyone who gets too close in half, except for his brother Sans. Papyrus does not like being approached due to the circumstances of the Underground. All the events and sadness transformed him into resorting to humans as food.

Afterward, Papyrus goes upstairs to the main area of the house, walking through a hallway where a Pink Creature is hiding. Papyrus looks at Sans with a worried expression as Sans's hand cracks. In order to prove himself, as well as protect the house and Sans, Papyrus takes up the challenge to battle the creatures.īefore Papyrus is aware of the creatures, he is seen monitoring Sans. While the others are away, Papyrus is assigned to take care of Sans and keep the house safe, but he then suddenly notices Pink Creatures breaking in.
